Sky high descent

Just a step away from feeling the wind gush into me and fill me with the insanity that I was going to witness.With a deep breath I let go of all control and left the free fall begin with my leap of faith.The rush of adrenaline and the strong heartbeats were hushed by the view of the land beneath me.The greens began to grow in size as the blue above me faded away.Feeling the clouds dissipate around my body I couldn't help but smile as all the thoughts of "what if"s couldn't break the barrier of this imagination which was reality. Welled up eyes and a scream from within accompanied the fear and awe of the human soul.With the mixed bag of emotions I pulled the cord that slowed time Now floating among the birds in the sky my mind drifted away in thoughts of how beautiful is this sight. The fear of falling yet the want to scale higher never made sense to me till I saw the view of true success in life.A drive and passion to be here again ignites inside as the wind that slow my descent lift my spirits high.

It is so confusing for guys . Our minds are wired one way and our hearts another. The moment we get the slightest of signals , the mind interprets it as friendship and the heart as love. This is when the war of thoughts begin. The war which changes the mood frequently which finally almost always leads to depression and a drunk sore body sitting in the corner of the bar contemplating why it ever got excited. Being friends with exes almost never works out inside the minds of us guys . Yet we put on one the best acting performances ever seen which is surprisingly seen very often but barely gets noticed.  We guys are wired this way . At the depths of our minds , the thoughts of our first love will always linger  and this war will go on and on and on.

Deep in the jungle Away from the city's jingle And din This wild cat alone can win With a rich, orange hide That can hurt a king's pride And marred with black stripes This cat knows how to strike Blessed with a majestic gait It can hunt without being bait Its roar can strike terror And bring about many a tremor Among mankind For this cat is one of a kind Yet, now due to man's greed We will only be able to read About these royal creatures Blessed with wonderful and terrifying features For a once great cat Has now been reduced to a lost fact Due to poaching And frequent encroaching However, this cat can still instill terror And no matter what, tales of its legacy will continue forever
